Melbourne Watch Co.’s take on the deck watch, the Portsea is marine inspired, but fit for any occasion. Featuring a clean dial with horizontal wood-like paneling, the Portsea is even more impressive upon closer inspection. Outside the inner dial is a white ceramic ring that’s appointed with easy-to-read Arabic numerals at each hour. A splash of blue on the seconds and minutes hands brings the timepiece to life in nautical fashion. Set on a dark brown leather strap, the timepiece operates via a Seiko NH35 movement with a 40-hour reserve. At 100 meters water resistance, the Portsea goes anywhere you go in minimal style.

Founded in, you guessed it, Melbourne, Australia in 2013, Melbourne Watch Company first sprung onto the scene with the Flinders: a crowd-funded and community-designed timepiece that received enormous success.
